“Moppie” was Hull #1 of Bertram’s revival which Lyman-Morse was contracted to build and help set up the production. This project served as my introduction to composites and marine construction. As a boat builder I had the opportunity to work on various finish carpentry components such as the interior trim, overhead paneling, the upholstered dash as well as various other parts of the boat.
